Carmen has a background of over 20 years of administrative office experience. Carmen joined Pocono Mountains Association of Realtors® (PMAR) and Pocono Real Estate Academy (PREA) back in December 2015. Carmen holds multiple duties in supporting both our members and students. Today, Carmen processes member related applications; consisting of new, reinstates, member transfers, reciprocal, inactive members and new office applications. She administers Supra E-keys and Electronic Lockbox system (ELB) for our members. She provides important information on how to obtain a new Salesperson License in the State of Pennsylvania and how to fulfill your Continuing Education requirements. Carmen also supports our online students by providing course content and educational transcripts.
