How to Become a Broker
21 and over 16 CE hours 3+ years
21 years of age or older and a high school graduate or have passed a high school general education equivalency examination. Complete 16 credits (240 hours) of approved broker real estate education. Have worked three (3) years as a licensed real estate salesperson prior to beginning the Broker Pre-Licensure process.
200 points Online application Broker exam
Document 200 points earned by specific experience. Complete the online PA Broker Examination Application and submit supporting documentation. After approval of your application, register to sit for the PA Brokers Exam.

Broker Course Policies

Tuition must be paid in full on or before the first day of class.

Tuition refunds will not be given except under special or unusual circumstances. Refund requests must be approved by the PREA Director.

In the event the school has o cancel a class before the completion of the course, student would be entitled to a full refund.

Students must cancel at least 4 days prior to the class to receive a full refund. Thereafter no refunds shall be processed unless approved by the PREA Director. There will be a processing fee of $40.00 for returned checks.
