PMAR’s Market Snapshot for January 2024 shows decreased Closed Sales and New Listings.
New listings decreased by 4.5% compared to January 2024. Closed Sales decreased by 3.8% compared to the previous year. The Average Sales Price decreased 1.7% to $290,830.
