The site Competition.Realtor has great resources for you to share with your clients. We especially like “The 179 the things — big and small — that an agent who is a REALTOR® may do to help clients” and the newer document which focuses on an additional 105 things that bring value, specifically for buyer’s agents on that site.
Facts.Realtor is a site for NAR members only and is full of great resources for members. Some things to note here are the settlement toolkit and the proposed timeline toward the bottom of the page.
