2026 Director
Sandra Bailey serves on the 2026 Board of Directors for the Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS® (PMAR). As a REALTOR® with BrokersRealty.com and a member of Team Pocono, Sandra has been serving buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners throughout the Pocono Mountains since 2005. She holds dual Master’s degrees in Psychological Counseling and Education from Columbia University’s Teachers College, bringing a unique perspective in communication, advocacy, and negotiation to every client relationship.
A dedicated PMAR member since 2005, Sandra has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to volunteer leadership. She has served on the MLS Committee since 2013 and has been an active member of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee since its inception, serving as Vice Chair in 2026. She also serves on the Member & Community Engagement Committee and the MLS Community Profiles & HOA Database Task Force. Beyond PMAR, Sandra represents the association on the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® Legislative Committee and serves on several committees with the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
As a first-year Director, Sandra is committed to fostering collaboration, supporting professional growth, and representing the diverse interests of PMAR’s membership. Her passion for education, advocacy, and service continues to make her a valuable addition to the Board of Directors.
