2026 MLS Chair
Ronald Bailey serves as the 2026 MLS Chair for the Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS® (PMAR). A REALTOR® with more than 20 years of experience, Ron is an agent with BrokersRealty.com and brings a unique combination of real estate expertise and technology experience to the association. Before beginning his real estate career, he spent more than a decade in the banking industry as a systems administrator, providing a strong foundation in technology, operations, and data management.
As MLS Chair, Ron is committed to maintaining a reliable, innovative, and member-focused Multiple Listing Service. He has played a key role in guiding PMAR through significant MLS initiatives, including major database transitions, while working to ensure REALTORS® have access to the tools, training, and resources they need to succeed in an evolving marketplace.
An active volunteer leader, Ron has served on the PMAR Board of Directors and has been a strong advocate for technology, professional standards, and collaboration within the real estate industry. As MLS Chair, he remains focused on advancing MLS services, promoting data integrity, and supporting members through innovation, education, and responsive leadership.
