2026 Director
Malcolm Waring serves on the 2026 Board of Directors for the Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS® (PMAR). As a REALTOR® with Waring Bowman Realty, Malcolm brings decades of experience in both real estate and information technology, offering a unique perspective on MLS operations, data management, and industry innovation.
Malcolm has been actively involved with PMAR’s MLS Committee for more than 17 years, serving in numerous leadership roles including Committee Chair and Director. Today, he serves as the association’s MLS Technology Liaison, helping guide the ongoing development and advancement of PMAR’s MLS platform. Throughout his tenure, he has played a pivotal role in advancing the association’s MLS technology by establishing the original listing syndication feeds, developing PMAR’s data-sharing capabilities, and designing the association’s RESO-compliant property database, helping position PMAR for future growth and data standardization.
In addition to his work with PMAR, Malcolm has built a successful career as a corporate information technology professional specializing in database architecture. He has also been actively involved with the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO), contributing to improvements in national real estate data standards, including enhancements to water body classifications.
As a Director, Malcolm continues to leverage his technical expertise, strategic thinking, and extensive MLS knowledge to support PMAR’s mission of providing innovative technology, valuable resources, and exceptional service to its members.
