2026 Director
Judeth Bonnick-McLaughlin serves on the 2026 Board of Directors for the Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS® (PMAR). An Associate Broker with Real of Pennsylvania – Pocono, Judeth has been serving buyers and sellers since 2013 and earned her broker’s license in 2020. She holds numerous professional designations, including ABR®, SFR®, e-PRO®, AHWD®, SRS®, and PSA®, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and continuing education. She also serves as a pre-licensing instructor for the Pocono Real Estate Academy (PREA), where she enjoys preparing and mentoring future real estate professionals.
A dedicated volunteer leader, Judeth has served on PMAR’s Professional Development and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committees and has been a Professional Standards Panelist for the past two years. Her expertise in real estate contracts, strategic pricing, and home staging, combined with her background in Human Resources Management, allows her to bring a thoughtful, client-focused perspective to both her business and her service to the association.
As a first-year Director, Judeth is committed to supporting PMAR’s mission through collaboration, education, and advocacy while helping strengthen the value the association provides to its members and the communities they serve.
