2026 Director
Spiros Bilianis serves on the 2026 Board of Directors for the Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS® (PMAR). As Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Pennco Real Estate, Spiros brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience to the association. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), he is recognized for his expertise in commercial brokerage, investment properties, and business leadership throughout the Pocono region.
A Past President of PMAR, Spiros has dedicated many years to volunteer leadership at both the local and state levels. He has served as a Director for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® (PAR), contributed to Government Affairs initiatives, and currently chairs both the PMAR RPAC Trustees Committee and the Building Committee. Through these leadership roles, he has helped strengthen REALTOR® advocacy, support the association’s long-term strategic goals, and ensure PMAR continues to meet the evolving needs of its members.
Spiros remains committed to protecting private property rights, promoting professionalism, and supporting a strong, member-focused association. His extensive leadership experience, commercial real estate expertise, and dedication to REALTOR® advocacy continue to make him a valued member of the PMAR Board of Directors.
