2026 Immediate Past President
Sharon Lightfoot-Wade serves as the 2026 Immediate Past President of the Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS® (PMAR). A REALTOR® with more than 30 years of experience, Sharon is a sales professional with The Collective Real Estate Agency, where she is known for her unwavering commitment to serving buyers and sellers throughout the Pocono Mountains.
A passionate advocate for organized real estate, Sharon has dedicated countless hours to serving PMAR and its members. In addition to serving as PMAR President in 2025, she is a past Chair of the Education Committee and has contributed to numerous other committees and initiatives throughout her years of service. She has also represented the profession as a Professional Standards Panelist for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, demonstrating her commitment to upholding the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
As Immediate Past President, Sharon continues to provide valuable leadership, mentorship, and institutional knowledge to the Board of Directors. She remains committed to advancing professional development, advocating for the real estate industry, and supporting PMAR’s mission of providing exceptional education, resources, and leadership for its members.
