2026 Director
Ella Santiago serves on the 2026 Board of Directors for the Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS® (PMAR). As Broker/Owner of E-Realty Services, Inc. and owner of E & E Settlement, Inc., Ella brings nearly two decades of experience in residential real estate, brokerage leadership, title services, and business management. Licensed as a REALTOR® since 2007 and a Real Estate Broker since 2013, she has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and helping clients successfully navigate every stage of the real estate transaction.
A returning member of the PMAR Board of Directors, Ella is committed to advancing the REALTOR® profession through leadership and service. In addition to her work in real estate, she proudly serves as a Councilmember for Mount Pocono Borough. Her service on the Safety, Budget, and Council of Governments (COG) Committees has strengthened her experience in fiscal oversight, public policy, and collaborative community leadership.
Ella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and is also a licensed Title Agent, bringing a broad perspective to both her profession and public service. She remains committed to supporting PMAR’s mission through collaboration, advocacy, and professional excellence while helping strengthen the association and the communities it serves.
