2026 Director
Mike Ionescu serves on the 2026 Board of Directors for the Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS® (PMAR). As Broker/Owner of Village Views Realty, Mike has been serving clients in Pennsylvania and New York since 1986. Licensed in both states, he brings nearly four decades of experience in residential and commercial real estate, property management, investment sales, and rentals. His broad industry knowledge and entrepreneurial leadership have earned him a reputation for professionalism and exceptional client service.
A Past President of PMAR, Mike has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to volunteer leadership and organized real estate. He is a past Chair of the MLS Committee and continues to support the association as a member of the RPAC Trustees Committee, helping advance REALTOR® advocacy and protect private property rights. His leadership has played an important role in strengthening PMAR’s programs and services for its members.
Mike remains dedicated to supporting a strong, member-focused association while promoting professionalism, innovation, and collaboration within the real estate industry. His experience as a broker, business owner, and association leader continues to make him a valued member of the PMAR Board of Directors.
