2026 Director
Robert Hoffman serves on the 2026 Board of Directors for the Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS® (PMAR). An Associate Broker with Keller Williams Real Estate in Stroudsburg, Robert has been serving buyers and sellers throughout Monroe County and Northeastern Pennsylvania since 2016. He earned his broker’s license in 2022 and combines his real estate expertise with a strong background in accounting, engineering, and technology.
Before entering real estate, Robert built a successful career in engineering and technical leadership, including more than 18 years with Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, and Keysight Technologies. He holds an Associate of Science degree in Accounting from Sussex County Community College and is recognized for his analytical, data-driven approach to problem solving. Within Keller Williams, Robert has been appointed to the Agent Leadership Council multiple times and was honored with a Lifetime Appointment as a Keller Williams Regional Cultural Ambassador for the Greater Pennsylvania Region.
Prior to joining the Board of Directors, Robert served three years on PMAR’s Finance Committee, helping support the association’s financial planning and stewardship. As a first-year Director, he is committed to thoughtful decision-making, collaboration, and using his analytical skills to help strengthen the association and serve its members.
