2026 President
Tiffanie Bailey-Romey serves as the 2026 President of the Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS® (PMAR). A REALTOR® for more than 20 years, she is the Broker of AXEN Realty, serving clients throughout Pennsylvania and New York. She is recognized for her commitment to professionalism, leadership, and advancing the real estate industry through education, advocacy, and service.
A dedicated volunteer leader, Tiffanie has held numerous leadership positions at both the local and state levels. In addition to leading PMAR in 2026, she serves as the 2026 Treasurer of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® (PAR), has served on the PAR Board of Directors and several committees and workgroups, and is a graduate of LeadershipPAR. She also founded PMAR’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, helping foster a more inclusive and welcoming real estate community.
As a licensed real estate instructor, Tiffanie is passionate about mentoring real estate professionals and supporting lifelong learning within the industry. As PMAR President, she is focused on strengthening member engagement, promoting professional excellence, protecting private property rights, and ensuring PMAR continues to deliver exceptional value to its members and the communities they serve.
